By using a MobileCraft App ("Apps"), mobilecraft.io ("Site", "Sites") you are consenting to our processing of your information in ways set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use any MobileCraft Apps and Sites. This Privacy Policy applies when you use any of the Apps (Sites) of this publisher.
When you use the App (Site), We may collect data, including information which directly or indirectly identifies you. Your information may be kept in an identifiable format, or in an aggregate format which means that you cannot reasonably be identified from it. We collect certain data from you directly: Device information (UDID), OS version User files, Location Data.
We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our Apps. By using our Apps, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. This privacy policy has more details in the Microsoft Clarity Analytics section below.
If our App (Site) offers you the option to register, we will collect the information you provide to us in the registration form. This may include identification data such as your name, email address or other account or registration information.
We will also collect your information when you use Apps (Sites) such as when you post or share material, upload data, request further services or make selections using the Apps (Sites), if such functionality is available in the App (Site). We will collect information about you when you interact with us such as when you report a problem, contact or communicate with us.
We may use the personal data that you provide to respond to your questions, send you updates about Services, and send you email messages about Services maintenance or updates.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our Apps through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. App usage data is captured using tracking technologies to determine the popularity of features and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for app optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Microsoft Clarity for Mobile Apps collects the following data types:
Clarity for Mobile Apps does not capture screenshots or video recordings of user activity. Personally identifiable information (PII) is automatically sanitized by the Clarity Mobile SDK. All data is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Clarity does not transfer collected data to other third parties, including other apps on your device. The data is not used for tracking purposes and is not linked to your identity.
If you wish to request deletion of data collected by Microsoft Clarity, project administrators can submit a request to the Clarity Support team and the project data will be deleted.
We share some of the data about you with companies performing services for us, analytics and data providers (including Microsoft Clarity), your social media providers, companies helping us run promotions and surveys, and advertising companies who help us promote our Apps.
To power the core features of our Apps, we utilize trusted third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers. When you interact with these specific features, the necessary data (such as text, documents, or images) is securely transmitted to these external providers solely for the purpose of processing your request. We do not use your personal data to train these external models, and we ensure that our third-party AI partners adhere to strict, industry-standard data security and confidentiality practices to protect your information.
We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. We will use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures to keep your personal data confidential and secure and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 13. If we become aware that information has been collected from a person under the age of 13, we will delete this information and terminate the person's account as quickly as possible.
At any time, you can write to us with a request to delete your personal data, or partially delete it, in this case, your personal account will be deleted with them.
Users can contact us at any time with a request to delete their personal data and/or account. For this, the user must write a letter to our support service [email protected], which will be processed within 3-15 days, after which the user will be sent a response about the actions taken with their account.
